- The website does not describe tours, interviews, decision dates, deposits or a waitlist. The form has office-use boxes for a tour date and a non-refundable registration fee, but the amount is not given — ask the office.
The text on the Application page has not been updated: it still says the form is due Dec. 19, 2025 for 2026–27. The linked 2027–28 form gives the current deadline, Dec. 19, 2026 — go by the form. Second, the program asks families to commit to active participation in classroom and other school events, so plan for that time as well.

How Academia Tutor School can help
The Toddler Program’s application form asks whether you plan to apply to a private school for kindergarten, and many families do. Our Private School Entrance Exam Prep program prepares children for the parts of kindergarten admission that are hard to practice at home: small-group activities, one-on-one interviews, and the vocabulary and listening skills used in assessments. Lessons run Monday to Friday after school, private or in groups of up to five. In 2026, our students were admitted to 23 schools.
No tutoring program can promise admission, and we do not. Our goal is for your child to walk in calm and ready to show who they are.
