Hawaiʻi Private School Transfer Plan

- We handle transfers into private schools in Hawaiʻi (elementary, middle, and high school), from choosing a school to the application and enrollment paperwork. For children ages 5 to 17.
- Fees: Simple $2,100, Standard from $4,200, Premium $8,290.
- Standard includes suggestions on areas to live. Searching for a home and the application paperwork are handled through Housing Support (separate fee). Premium is for middle and high school students studying abroad on their own.

Fees include tax and are in U.S. dollars. School tuition and application fees, rent, and the Housing Support fee are separate.
Area suggestions: We suggest areas to live based on your child’s school and the commute (included in the plan fee). Help with searching for a rental, going with you to viewings, and the application and lease paperwork is available through our Housing Support (half of one month’s rent; one month’s rent if you apply from outside the U.S.). You can apply even if you are not studying at Academia.
Simple and Premium do not include area suggestions. Because Premium is for students studying abroad alone, we help arrange the introduction to the host family.

Enrollment timing and when to apply
You can check each school’s deadlines in the Hawaiʻi School Guide. Admissions preparation (practice for assessments and interviews) is done in our Private School Entrance Exam Preparation program.
Additional fees and notes
- Please submit documents by the deadline. Late documents may delay your child’s enrollment.
- You will need a mobile phone that works in Hawaiʻi. We can also tell you about low-cost SIM cards.
- Help with problems under the Premium plan is charged separately.
