- A School Visit Tour during a trip to Hawaiʻi is $1,000 for 1 day or $1,500 for 2 days (3 to 4 schools a day). We handle transfer paperwork through our plans: public schools from $1,100, private schools from $2,100.
- Our sister school, Academia Language School, covers language school for parents, student visas, housing, cars, and insurance (fees are listed below).

Fees include tax and are in U.S. dollars. Hotel pickup is available only in Waikīkī or Ala Moana. If you are staying elsewhere, please meet us at Ala Moana and we will travel together from there. Some schools set specific visiting days or conditions. Once you know when you would like to come, please contact us early.

Support for parents’ study and daily life (Academia Language School)
When a parent and child study abroad together or a family relocates for a child’s education, parents need to prepare a language school, a visa, and housing at the same time as the child’s school. Our sister school, Academia Language School, takes care of these. The fees are the same on both websites.

Free
Our school supports you free of charge with the F-1 visa procedures and with advice to prepare for your visa interview. The school does not prepare documents or book interview appointments on your behalf.

We help from gathering listings to going with you to viewings, application paperwork, and move-in. If you are already in Hawaiʻi, the fee is half of one month’s rent; if you apply from outside the U.S., it is one month’s rent. You can apply even if you are not studying at Academia.
